Terms & conditions.
These terms set out the basis on which we sell our products to you. By placing an order with MediCarry, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
1. About us
Our contact email is hello@medi-carry.com. Where we refer to "we", "us" or "our", we mean MediCarry.
2. Your order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out on our shipping page. We will do our best to deliver within the times stated, but they are estimates and not guarantees.
5. Returns and refunds
You have a 30-day right to cancel your order, beginning the day after it arrives. Full details are on our returns page. This does not affect your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
6. Faulty or damaged goods
If your bracelet arrives faulty or damaged, write to hello@medi-carry.com within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Medical disclaimer
MediCarry bracelets are medical identification jewellery. They are not medical devices and they do not diagnose, monitor or treat any condition. They are designed to communicate information to first responders. Always follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the day you placed it.
