Returns.
Thirty days to change your mind. If the bracelet doesn't fit, isn't what you expected, or you no longer want it, send it back to us.
The 30-day window
The window starts the day after your order arrives. We need to receive your return within 30 days of that date. Items should be unworn and in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email hello@medi-carry.com with your order number.
- We will reply with the next steps and the return address.
- Return postage is at the cost of the customer. We recommend a tracked service so you have proof of postage.
- Refund is processed within 3 working days of us receiving your return, back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different colour or condition? Email us and we'll talk through the swap. The simplest path is a refund on the original and a fresh order for what you actually want.
Faulty or damaged items
If your bracelet arrives faulty or damaged, the 30-day window does not apply. Email us and we'll sort a replacement or refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
