This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this site or buy from us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We aim to keep things plain and short.

MediCarry is operated by MediCarry Ltd. We are responsible for the personal data described below. Contact us at hello@medi-carry.com.
2. The data we collect
- Order details - name, delivery address, email, phone (optional), and what you ordered.
- Payment details - handled by our payment processor (Shopify Payments and partners). We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact form messages - anything you send through our contact form, including the email address you give us to reply.
- Site analytics - anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected via cookies.
3. How we use it
- To take payment, fulfil your order and arrange delivery.
- To reply to your messages and provide customer service.
- To send order updates and, if you have opted in, occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).
4. Legal basis
We process your data because: you've placed an order with us, you've contacted us, we have legal record-keeping requirements (such as tax records), or you've given us permission for things like marketing emails and optional cookies.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers we need to run the business - our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, delivery couriers, and email service. We do not sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax-record obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months unless an ongoing matter needs them longer.
7. Your rights
Under data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, or take it elsewhere. Email hello@medi-carry.com with your request and we will respond within one calendar month. You can also raise a concern with your country's data protection authority.
